Privacy Policy

What information do we collect?
We collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Contact information — name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and company name, when you fill out a form, request an estimate, book a call, or sign up for a lead magnet or resource on our site.
  • Business information — details about your roofing company and the jobs you submit to us, which we need in order to provide our Xactimate/Symbility estimating and supplement-writing services.
  • Payment information — if you make a payment through a third-party payment processor, that processor handles and stores your payment details directly. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers.

We also automatically collect some technical information when you visit our site, described below under “Cookies and Tracking Technologies.”

How do we use your information?
We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the estimate and supplement-writing services you request
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Send you information related to a job you’ve submitted or a call you’ve booked
  • With your consent, send you occasional marketing emails or updates (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email)
  • Improve our website and services based on how visitors use them
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share it with outside companies except as described below.

Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly and to understand how visitors use the site. When you first visit, you’ll see a cookie consent banner that lets you choose which categories of cookies to allow, beyond the strictly necessary ones the site needs to function.

We use the following categories of tools:

  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — to understand site traffic and how visitors interact with our pages.
  • Advertising (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) — to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns and, where you’ve consented, to show you relevant ads on other sites. Where advertising measurement uses information like your email address, that information is cryptographically hashed before it is shared with Google — Google does not receive it in plain, readable form.
  • Booking and forms — our appointment scheduling and contact/lead forms are provided through a customer relationship management platform (GoHighLevel), which stores the contact information you submit through those forms so we can follow up with you.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings banner on our site. You can also block cookies generally through your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly if you do.

How do we protect your information?
We use industry-standard security practices to protect the information you provide, including encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections between your browser and our website. Access to systems containing customer information is limited to staff and contractors who need it to do their jobs.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and to respond promptly if a security issue is identified.

Do we disclose information to outside parties?
We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our business — for example, our CRM platform (GoHighLevel), our website hosting provider, our email provider, and payment processors — each of which is only given the information it needs to perform its function, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Advertising platforms (Google), for the limited, consent-based advertising and measurement purposes described above.
  • As required by law — if we’re legally required to disclose information, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain data sharing for advertising purposes. This includes rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) for California residents.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy
Our services are directed at businesses (roofing contractors), not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we’ve inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.

Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.

Changes to this policy
If we make changes to this policy, we’ll post the updated version on this page and update the “last modified” date below. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

This policy was last modified on August 3, 2026.
